We are so excited to announce that we presented Friends of Falmouth Dogs with a check for $10,000 from Doxie Day 2023! This year was like none we’ve ever had, and we are so grateful for everyone that was a part of it despite the weather.
We all love our dogs, and this donation will help dogs at Friends of Falmouth get the care they need until they find their forever homes. It will also help pets in our community get the vet care and food they need to live healthy, happy lives.
Thank you to all of our amazing volunteers for your hard work and dedication! Wow, we couldn’t do it without you! Thank you to all the vendors, advertisers, donors, and incredible sponsors! And thank you to everyone that came out and made the best of a rainy day, and most of all, thank you to all the dachshunds for being so darn cute that we had to have a whole day just for them!
We hope to see everyone in 2024 under sunny skies
for our Sweet 16 celebration!!!

THANK YOU to everyone that was part of the 14th annual Cape Cod Doxie Day!. We are thrilled to have raised $10,000 for the Companion Animal Program of Cape Cod!!! This donation allowed CAP to purchase vests and bandanas for over sixty teams so they can be easily identified when making visits to hospitals, schools, libraries, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and bringing joy to communities all over Cape Cod. Doxie Day also provided a scholarship for a dachshund to complete training and become part of the dog/owner therapy teams.

We are so grateful to everyone that was part of Doxie Day this year and are excited to say that not only did we have a great time, with your generosity we raised $10,000 for Cape Wildlife Center in Barnstable! We hope you had as much fun as we did, and can’t wait to do it all again in 2022!!!
